After 14-days of being launched the "New Forum Version" No signs of getting better. The number of questions and replies it's gone down, navigate in its (User-Interface) is a nightmare. The last activity in the forum boards it doesn't, synchronize properly. On top of that, certain percentage(%) of members can not, even "Signed In" So it's been a (Success or Failure). How would you rated it. What method to use.
Here's what, prestigious Companies, who care about the public input does..Carry out a SURVEY and based in the results, decide what to do next. I requested last week as an alternative to "Rollback to the former version" No impossible ok. Let's suggest other ones, like offer two options.
1) Logged in the last version. 2) Logged in the new ver. (Note: Posts +replies must be reflected in both) or 3) Create a 3rd version - taken the good features of both and goto the testing, called (Beta at least 60-days) where most of us would be willing to participate.
Once it's been tested & fixed all the bugs, launched to the membership. That's what the majority of big Corps. like Microsoft, Goggle, Apple, Kaspersky labs, etc. does before-launched to the public. We've already a Sample of the % of acceptance in the new (Forum-Screen) is viewable on the board [Welcome to the (shiny-new) Neighbourhood] wait for comments <v9>

They did ask for our feedback...I specifically remember you choosing not to contribute...
They have committed to fixing a lot of the bugs we've all reported. I'm okay with hanging in there until everything is resolved. 🙂

Thanks @Dark-Night: For valued reply, but correct Me if I'm wrong. I remember they conducted a Survey-but it wasn't to hear opinions, about a new forum version it was to get, feedbacks to implement a "New Spellchecker"
I did participate in the CPU in conjunction, with other members in the presentation of some, proposals to implement on the forum-Interface, some of them it has been applied. We were told that good changes, were in the way, but didn't tell us it was a new version. I know like another, member stated here--this is part of a whole overhaul of the Telus Network - That's great!
I have nothing against new versions, but they have to launched, after an effective testing on 'Beta' So being applying fixes, here & there it place in bad position the "Lithium-Software" abaut its professionalism. Wait for changes. Bye <v9>
Hey! iPhone power user. I congratulate you-For your new 'Avatar' is cool, but you've to ask the Re-design team to take away the black colour dwo, other than that is good choice. Do you like our new member title, Now we're "RockStars" He-hee! ..I'm a heavy metal fan. Just teasing you. Don't take it seriously, but if you've a comment on that-send it. Greetings <v9>

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "I have nothing against new versions, but they have to launched, after an effective testing on 'Beta' So being applying fixes, here & there it place in bad position the "Lithium-Software" abaut its professionalism."
I also like the black colour in my avatar. That's why I chose it. 😛

@Dark-Night: Thanks again for posting back. The paragraph that you quoted it has a clear content: What I meant is that the "Designer team" who created this, new forum version and is led by "Lithium Software" should undergo the testing, called "Beta" first before, being released to the membership. To avoid making fixes when is already in operation.
ATTENTION: Whoever read this post--Since now on it's been "Closed to Replies" by the (OP- Original poster). Reason the proposal to carry out a SURVEY to Approve or Not the New ver. It's no longer validity, because the changes expected, were implemented already. But-Stay Tuned to new topics..Written by <v9> the Infamous. Thks

@v9Saying a thread is closed doesn't actually mean it's closed. Haha
I think the admins already covered what happened with the site... I also believe that lithium had nothing to do with the design of the site, it was the telus design team. I'm sure they wouldn't be too happy if they knew you kept slamming them...
