How do I remove column on left of my screen obscuring 1/4 of view?

Do you mean in the Mail App?

Tap on the 3/4 of the screen to expose the whole message.

If you are in another App, please indicate the App.

@You are using Safari (web browser). You can tap on the 3/4 of the screen, or tap on the 'Book' image at the top of the page (above the book, glasses and @ symbol) to remove the info column. See image below for the 'Book' I am referencing.
