Hi I'm moving to a different country in October and I have a two year contract how does it work? How do I cancel my phone?

Call in or chat to discuss with Telus. Your plan will be cancelled on the day you choose, and you will be sent a final bill, which will include any outstanding amount of your device subsidy, and any charges owing for the final few days of your contract.
