You can also get a new SIM on the same plan.

The Blackberry 9900 uses a MiniSim.

The Iphone 4S uses a MicroSim.

Depending on the age of the SIM, you MIGHT be able to cut the SIM.  However, it's safer to just get a new Micro Sim.  DO NOT use SIM adapters as the smaller SIM can fall out and then snag the pins during extraction.
