Blackberry Torch 9800 - rings while on Vibrate Only

I may have pocket changed a setting... but for some reason, when my phone is set to Vibrate Only, it will ring for incoming calls. I've looked through the OPTIONS menu bar and I have the following settings:

Vibrate ONLY setting:

• Ring Tone volume = SILENT
• Visual LED = ON
• Tactile Alerts Vibration = ON

Is there something I'm missing here? Why is my phone ringing on VIbrate?

Might be a software glitch. Try switching your Ringtone volume, save it, come back and change it back to Silent and restart your phone by removing your battery or press and hold ALT+aA (Caps)+Del for a few seconds.
