Blackberry Q10 - No Visual Voicemail

Hi , I am extremly surprised that my friend owns a Q10 from a Canadian mobile company and he is able to access his voice messages through "VVM" how come this isn't offered to us? Thank you

Also, with many phones it is possible to uses apps to change to visual voicemail. I'm not sure if it works on BB, but it works great on Android phones.

May also have been one of the contractual obligations when Telus negotiated with Apple for the iPhone. Exclusive VVM to iPhone may have been negotiated.

This was on OS 10.2 , it is no longer found in the latest official update (10.3.1) from Telus
