BlackBerry OS 10.3.1 release

I own a BlackBerry Passport and am wondering when the latest OS 10.3.1 will be released. I know it's already been released for the Classic. I'm eagerly awaiting it for my Passport! 🙂

I really hope Telus won't sit any longer on this update, because flickering and completely blank app windows start to be really annoying on the Passport. They should have tested 1581 that had all these bugs before pushing it out, not this one. It would be a wonder if BB could top that with an even more defective firmware.

Just got a message 45 minutes ago that 10.3.1.1865 is available and installing.  Reboot is now completed!  Strange... is that a version typo?  News article states 10.3.1.2708 is coming...

Hi @xl, what device model do you own? I believe the version may vary from one version to another one.

This seems to be the latest version for this device.

@xl: It's because BB assigns different version numbers to the OS and the update packages. Update 10.3.1.2708 updates your OS to version 10.3.1.1865.

If BB wanted to cause confusion about the actual version of the OS they are doing pretty well.

It looks like the latest firmware fixed all the bugs (except the artifacts in the browser during scrolling, but that's ignorable), the phone feels a little more responsive too.
