The bill is created shortly after the end of the billing cycle so it includes any extra items you might have consumed during the period.

Set up your services in the 'My Account' section, and you can review your bill any time. The email address you put there will become the address to which any notifications are sent.

Unless you are the "Owner" of those accounts, you have to get approval of the account owner to be able to manage them, and the account owner has to give you appropriate permissions to manage their accounts. I'm not sure if these nominations can be done for personal accounts, but I know it can for business accounts where there could be a department that manages all the phones issued to employees.
You may have to manage each separately, or call Telus to merge them into one account.

They should send you notification of the bill, if they know where to email it. Due to privacy requirements, usually you'd need to log in to see the bill details.
