Anyone else experienced a curved corner on Samsung S6?

I'm on my second tempered glass protector for my new (less than 1 month old) S6 and I can't get a tiny section of the upper right corner to stick. Thinking of returning the phone to Telus for exchange. Any opinion?

Hello Fred,  I bought a full coverage Cyxus Premium tempered glass prorector on Amazon and the issue seems to have gone away. I guess the other 2 partial coverage ones must have been warped. The new one looks awesome combined with my offgrid Incipio case with integrated sd card reader.

I believe the return period is 15 days. You would now be looking at a warranty claim with the manufacturer. If the phone is operating within tolerances, it would be returned to you without adjustment.

It has actually been less than 15 days but more than 50mb of use.  You think they will change it?

The issue might be with the phone but it may not be. Could also be a manufacturing defect in the screen protectors also. I don't know if Telus would swap a perfectly functional phone but you could ask.

Hello PhilippeC.  Here is a question.  Since you have a corner on your screen protector on your phone that will not stick, WHY would you return the phone to TELUS just because of a screen protector corner?  The best solution to this issue would be to go to a TELUS Store, purchase a new screen protector, ask the store associate if they could put it on the phone for you.  You would be saving a lot of money by doing this.  I believe the screen protectors cost anywhere between $20 to $25. Ever since I got my Galaxy S6 I've had 2 screen protectors.

I already tried 2 different tempered glass screen protectors from 2 different brands.  Both were new and I even tried the second one on a mirror here to check its adherence and it attached to the mirror fully. So it must be the phone's surface.

Nice, I also have the Incipio case for my iphone but I didn't get a chance to get a screen protector yet. I use Amazon to buy stuff so I'll follow your lead and order one soon. Thanks for the update 🙂
