Hey @abbydelacruz18 - it's too late to answer, but you can always check your appointment times through your account at telus.com/myaccount. On the main page scroll down and click on "manage my appointments" and you will be able to check your appointments there. IF you are still waiting and your technician is past their window, please call into the line at 310-TECH and see where your tech is at. Just for future reference!
