Webmail is telling me my account password is incorrect.

Webmail is telling me my password is incorrect. It's not. When I click "Forgot", it says "Oops, your account recovery details are incomplete. Please call 1-888-811-2323 to reset your password". I called the number, and was told by an automated voice that there was no one available because Telus was closed. For all I know, someone has hacked my account and changed the password. Is there no other way to fix this immediately?

Just wondering... are you someone that hasn't changed your password for several months, possibly years?  If so, I too had problems until I changed my password.

It's often a struggle to log in. It even tells me my e-mail is wrong...even though it's right.

 

I keep trying till it works.
