Telus Call Back Feature Doesn’t Work

This has happened to me a bunch of times now, including today… wait time is over an hour (no surprise) so I request a call back. Problem is, when I get the call back and given option to press 1 to accept, it doesn’t recognize it!!! I keep pushing one and then recording says “we will try again later”. Argh!!! I absolutely despise trying to call telus.

Try contacting them through their Social Media presence. They are very responsive at Twitter (#TELUSSupport), or through their Facebook page.

This callback feature is useless.    All three times I answered and said hello, absolutely no connection with anyone.   How can a Telco operate like this?

Liz - ONLY 1.5 Hours?   I have tried 3 times to get thru to them this week, totally nearly TEN hours.  Their service is truly ATROCIOUS and they don't care one iota.
