Since you haven't provided any details, you'll want to try some troubleshooting, or call Telus.

 

The most basic troubleshooting you'll be required to do either way:

 

Reboot devices in the following sequence by unplugging them for 10 seconds each:

  • Modem (wait for green Internet light before proceeding)
  • PVR
  • All remaining boxes
