I have had a long time credit in my Telus Account from a compensation payment they made to users years ago. It appeared monthly in my Telus Account statement. Today they took my credit money plus 94 cents more to cover a Diagnostic/Repair Service last month. However, I have not had any Telus services for years so where id this fake service come from. Of course, as mentioned below, Customer Service is not existent to find an answer.
However, I have the CEO's email address darren.entwistle at telus.com which I found years ago ot ask the 17 million dollar man what gives him the right to take my money. They had a contact email address to communicate with me but instead, just steal the money. I got a call from the Exeuctive offices within 2 hours of sending the 'man' my complaint. They are now sending me a cheque to cover what they stole from me. Would they change their policies and procedures and reimburse other customers.....no that is private information!!!!
What a corrupt company!!!!!!
