This is what I see when I logged into mytelus. I assumed that I had paid off my bill but I have gotten emails on late fees.
Later on when I click view bill, then I could see the correct amount owing.
I don't care too much about the late fees in this particular case (about 2$) but it would be nice if this bug is fixed.

Are you getting this when you log in via the TELUS app or in the browser?

@GuangZhiXiao I see an image of the "prohibited" symbol. Is that what you're referring to? If so, does it span the entire page in place of where the account breakdown should be?
