I have opted for 2 years contract on NOv30(2024), with a monthly plan of $70 after spending continuos duration of 2 hours with support agents. They told me that was the best and least plan offered to me with all promotions and discounts applied on it, with no extra addon charges, I relied on the agent. But surprisingly I could see the bill now as 160$ and asking me to pay the same. I called the Agent on 31st Dec to enquire about the bill, the agent again misled me and asked to take home security to reduce my current bill, and I could cancel within `5 days. He has given security that I can cancel the Home security within 15 days without cancellation charges. Today I called to customer care to cancel my Home security, Now they are telling me cancellation charges will be there and my Monthly plan will be 110$ instead of 70$.
Not sure what's happening with the Telus network lot of hidden charges and misleading information by agents to add more contracts or devices to the account. . Now I blocked with the contract, otherwise would have jumped to another network. Hours and hours of time wased in waiting calls with them. No reliability on Telus, Worst and cheated experience am facing with agents everytime
