You can look here, and see if Telus has announced plans for your neighbourhood. Telus does not pre-announce the roll out of Fibre, as so many variables come into play. You will most likely learn when it will become available either by Telus sales folks contacting you to determine community interest or you will see a flyer in your mail.
Since it appears Spruce Grove does not have Fibre yet, it may be a while - is there a community organization which could become a local ISP, and provide services to the local customer base?
