Parents need an option to disable, delete, or even add a pin on apps. The app in particular is Youtube. Everyone knows this isn't an app for kids. Putting restrictions on Youtube itself won't work. It will still allow contents that are not for kids.

Alarm.com is compatible with many many z wave devices but Telus blocks their use. In my case I installed a go controller z wave garage door controller. It shows up fine on the 2gig alarm panel as being installed but I have no access to it on alarm.com because telus doesn't allow it. Allow us to use devices we install that aren't marketed and sold by you.

There are many many features that Telus hasn't enabled that seem like no brainers. Many other alarm.com companies allow them. Most notably on the automation page There is no reason not to allow us to have more control over our own security system.

I love the call control feature and it is one of the reasons I love being with Telus Mobility. I sometimes need to deactivate the feature because I am expecting a call but don't know the number they will call me from (like a doctor or signing up for a service when an automated call back is generated). It would be a great feature if we could temporarily disable call control for a specific amount of time (eg. Disable for next 24 hrs). After which, the feature is automatically turned back on. Even better is we could specify a time/date range (eg. Disable from DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm to DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm Hopefully you can take this suggestion to your development team for consideration for a future refresh.

There is currently only 1 Greek channel on Optik TV. Customer said Rogers and Bell in the east have 5 or more Greek channels. More multicultural content would be much appreciated.

Context: We have a mobility account with 60+ active lines for our employees and data cards. Currently the only way to view user usage is to enter a phone number and view usage for that line, one at a time. When trying to identify a user or group of users that are using high amounts of data in "real-time" during the billing period (meaning, not for a past month once this information is consolidated on the statement), this method is not at all practical. In My TELUS, it would be extremely helpful to have an overview screen for data usage that shows all lines and their current data usage so far in the billing period. There seems to currently be a limit of 50 users on an account before it switches to the view method noted above (one line at a time, manually entering each phone number). For larger businesses, My TELUS in its current form is severely lacking compared to other providers' business account reporting tools. Additional "real-time" reporting tools and easier ways to get to a specific line (list of active line numbers, or even an auto-suggest dropdown when entering a number in the search box) would be a step in the right direction.

TELUS can you guys please please please get Spotify or Apple Music as a package for mobility. I’m a student and I had music on Rogers, but just recently switched to Telus and was shocked to learn you guys don’t have music packages. Can you guys please get something put together it only makes money for you guys and gains more subscribers to your company.

We need a feature in home security app to have automatic schedule to arm and disarm the system at particular times eg arm stay at 11 pm and disarm at 8 am This should be basic feature in security system but its not being offered by telus compared to its competitors

I look at the stock markets every day. Would love to be able to see Fox Business News. Fox business news is approved by the CRTC. Most Canadians invest in both Canada and the USA so it would improve our investment knowledge if we were to have this channel. I'm sure the channel would prove very popular if introduced. Rogers cable has the channel at $4.99 a month.

I've have assorted shows listed here (Web and App) that I have no desire to continue watching. As best as I can tell there is no way to remove shows from this list. The PVR has a similar problem with the Home screen and continue watching. The only way I've found to remove shows there is to clear the viewing history and that removes ALL shows from the continue watching list.

Hi, I would like to ability to customize the scene so I can state which sensors are turned on. I know you can do locks, lights etc. But I want the ability to actually customize which motion, door sensor etc can be turned on. Currently I can't even tell which sensor is turned on in the build in ones

In a work from anywhere kind of world The fact TELUS does not allow WI-FI calling outside Canada is truly bizarre. I have read hundreds of comments on Twitter, Reddit, and on this Forum dating back to 2017 and yet no action from TELUS. If you are ever outside Canada in a concrete building that has great Wi-Fi but poor cell signal. (Much of the Caribbean and other areas of the world). This function will simply never work with TELUS. I ended up having to switch my primary work line away from TELUS in order to address this scenario after 6 years of *hoping*. Every North American carrier Rogers, Sprint, Verizon etc. all allow this functionality. TELUS loves to compare itself as only "Second to South Korea" - Well in SK They give all their users a dedicated app that allows texting and calling from anywhere in the world! it is simply inexcusable in our current world.

A new feature to arm and disarm on a schedule. I.e, every day at 11 pm, set security to arm stay. Then everyday at 6:30 am, set security to disarm. This is a basic feature with most home security companies. I would not have signed up with Telus if I had known this feature is not supported.

The way it is set up currently, the current show while scrolling the guide is playing in the background but it is faded and very difficult to see as it is obscured by written information. It would be nice if there was a small box running with the current TV show, something like picture in picture.

When browsing on demand on a PikTV box, as well as when viewing on demand for Pik and Optik on the website as well as the mobile apps, there is a section on each under on demand where it has a list of the channels with on demand content and sorts all of the available shows under each channel. For some reason that option does not seem to exist when I view on demand content on my Optik box itself. Is there a way to add that section to the set top box on demand? On the Optik box (Cisco), if I go to the TV On Demand section, there isn't a list of channels there. There is a Major Networks section with 5 major channels to choose from but it's not even remotely close to the experience in the app, online or on Pik. I've never used one of the newer set top boxes so I have no idea if they have it or not.
