Telus, please extend if not excellent, at least reasonable customer service! For almost two months, you have been billing my Telus account double. I moved/transferred to a new address, but my old address is still being billed continuously. Common sense! If you moved to a new address, it means the old internet service at your previous address is no longer active and should have been deactivated by you. When I called customer service and spent two hours discussing this, they simply told me to manage my online account. However, every time I try to update my online account, it says 'service is not available.' What a burden!

There's a lot of wasted space on the left. Having the Recorded and Scheduled tabs horizontally across the top would fix that. Individual recordings take up a lot of vertical space. I think they could easily be compressed by 50% or more (especially if they are full width). Could we add the ability to delete all episodes of a recording maybe with a context menu we get after a long press on the series entry? (Context menu could also be used to manage the recording details.)

Channel up and down is useful in the guide for jumping up and down a page at a time. Could we make the skip forward and back buttons do this for 24-hour horizontal jumps?

I would like more detail and clarification to the OS Upgrade schedule, like Samsung does yearly One UI revisions, aka x.1 updates and I wish Telus would clarify it when devices are set to receive it. One UI 6.1 is 2024's revision update before late 2024's major update (One UI 7.0) and I would like the further clarification be applied soon, specifically the S21 and S22 Series as they are yet to receive One UI 6.1.

How come those ads is now part of additional services if we wish not to have it. I think the companies who owns those ads should be the one paying us forcing us watch those ads that especially the one we cannot skip.

Make an app and site that work!! I haven’t been able to pay for my account through my phone in 6 months since I swapped to Apple. You’re forcing me to have to change company’s. Also why do you guys steal our extra top up money instead of letting us save it for our next payment. The **bleep** is up with that.

With Shaw, when near or at the end of the recording a prompt would come up asking if you wish to delete the recording. It was easy to just press Yes, and the recording was gone.

Can you please modify the automation rule for arming the system when the door is locked to specifically exclude manual locking and only apply to the dead bolt being locked using the buttons (from the outside). Right now if you set the rule to arm system (arm away) when door is locked, it is arming away when I lock the door using the automatic dead bolt from the outside (good), but also arming away when we are inside the house and manually turning the dead bolt (like when you come inside the house and manually lock the door behind you). Also, if you forget to lock the dead bolt and do it from the app, it ALSO arms away with us trapped inside the house. I was with Vivint before switching to Telus and this nuance of this feature/rule was present with their custom actions. I.e. you can set a rule to arm away when the deadbolt is locked FROM THE OUTSIDE (only- no other locking scenarios/cases).

On the desktop Optik PVR you could delete recordings from the program. With the new Android Cloud recordings you have multiple steps and screens to do this and it is frustrating.

My SmartHome Security currently has Arm Stay automatically applied at 11:00pm and Disarm automatically at 7:30am. Since I configured this, the feature has apparently been removed and now I cannot adjust the timing nor can I remove the schedule. (Note that the system automatically disarms ONLY if Arm Stay is in effect, never if it is Armed Away.) Can we please have this feature returned?

Since both are internet based and function the same, why are they not the same? The TV guide now has "new" and "live" badges. Why not on the online guide? The TV guide when you highlight a show a description appears at the top v. the online guide you have to right click for details which takes you to another page. THEN sometime go back does not take you to where you were. Recodings TV guide filter to oldest brings to the top the series that has the oldest show, click to expand and the newest is at the top whereas the online guide choose oldest to newest changes both. Expand a series and the oldest recording is at the top. You would think if one managed both the same would give the IT guys more time to solve the problems
