Can you PLEASE make a way for the PVR to be multiuser friendly?!!? People tell me this is a great idea; so it obviously is a needed function for many households! When you go to tape a series, you would have the option to select which folder it would tape under. This would allow a household with many viewers to have their own and they can tape whatever they like and everyone else would know not to delete that show. The same show can be put in multiple folders; but if deleted in one persons it would not delete in the other folders until that user deleted it themselves.  My mother in law lives with us full time and we watch some shows together but she forgets and ends up watching them on her own and then deleting it afterwards. She also watches A LOT of boring plain Jane shows, so by having them “hidden” in a sense it would make life better in my household because they would not be bombarding our other shows. It would also make scrolling through shows easier.    Hope this can be achievable. I would like an automatic data block once I use my monthly data limit. The data block would slow the internet down drastically until next billing cycle. Or Telus would provide me with top-up packages that I can purchase that are added to my bill. I've read the threads and the other posts - please don't tell me that it's a good or interesting idea and that it is going to some panel for review. It has obviously gone to some panel before. I and a lot of other people just need a straight answer- why is MLB Network not on Telus? It's been in Canada for a long time. So I did a speed test on the lte+ and got 100mbps that's amazing speeds. Why are you continuously improving data speeds when most people only have 1 or 2 gigs If they can afford it just to burn it in minutes on this insane speed you offer. Are you in a binding contract with bell and Roger's to agree on never offering better data like the USA does? It's obvious if any of the big 3 in Canada offer better data like the USA they will dominate yet no one does so this is why I believe you are all in agreement behind the scenes. Why can't you offer a rollover for unused data? If I'm paying for it and some isn't used shouldn't I get a refund on what's not used? Can you not offer double the data to everyone as a loyalty for being with telus for x amount of years? Your customer service is better then the others but your quality of data pricing is insane. ... As you can see in less than 1 minute I apTo parently used 10% of data, with no apps open. I use wifi 90% of the time and despite paying for a data plan, each month I have overages, the past two months in excess of $100.  How is it possible for cable companies to offer unlimited wifi, plus cable and a phone service for a combined total of $100 yet I am paying $50 for my data plan, an additional $15.00 for a "top up" and in excess of $80 in overage charges. This is on top of my monthly rate for the telephone itself.  Telus has a responsibility to make data affordable for its users. There is currently NO Unlimited Data Option for Ontario.    I want to know how I can get unlimited data with cable companies yet the only option you have is $350 monthly and isn't unlimited.    ... For my idea i was thinking maybe we as customers can get a way to add together all of our un-used data.   for example i have a plan with 500MB of data and on the most i use about 250MB of data, that leaves me with 250MB of extra data that i'm paying for and being able to save up.   my idea would be that ever month the left over data that we as customers have not used gets put into a "data allowance" and we can use that data as we want.    i think this would be very helpful to many customers and adding this to your service might bring new customers to this lovely company.   Thank you very much. ... A new Android Optik on the Go version was available last week.  After moving the screen around, I got the Android working with the Blackberry Passport.  Not intuitive, but it works.   My Blackberry Q10 has a slightly smaller screen.  May I request the sign-in button be moved up higher?
