ATTN: Telus...... So, I posted the following to your "Facebook" message yesterday, and whomever replied suggested I should post the concerns/suggestions "here". So, here they are....and i HOPE you guys will actually listen and maybe actually do something??......because when they said that there already ARE notifactions being sent out in our "bills", etc.......I can assure you, that is NOT happening whatsoever, because I have never, not even ONCE ever seen ANYTHING about changes or "updates" to my Satellite TV service, channels, or ANYTHING to do with my Satellite TV....EVER. And I don't want to sound "rude" or anything........but it's just not fair. For the amount we pay.....and especially when we PAY for the channels we are "expecting" to watch, etc......we DESERVE to be "notified" when anything will be changed, etc. (ESPECIALLY if channels are getting "removed" for sure)....and that's not happening. Here is the original message..... Hi.......I've got a couple questions/concerns about my "SATELLITE" Tv channels, etc. 1. I have always been looking on my PVR Guide (ch. 271 & 272) usually on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for any new "Free" previews that are happening or any NEW CHANNELS, right? Well, I look there today, and see that ch. 272 (the NEW Channel) is GONE.......not even showing up in the guide at all. Skips from 271 to 273 (the Amber alert ch.) ****I've looked everywhere, and cannot find this anywhere???? Please.......WHERE do I go now to find out where/WHAT "NEW" channels are available for me??? 2. ALSO.......similar to above.............HOW or WHY do we not get E-MAILED notifications about "changes" to our TV Channels????? (or even get a weekly/monthly UPDATE), etc. letting us know what "Free Previews" are available for us??? This is VERY frustrating to be honest.............because sometimes I have looked on the "Free Previews" channel......and find out that a channel (like a movie preview, etc.) has actually been available for a couple WEEKS already.......which I did NOT know about..........unless I constantly check that CHANNEL. There is no reason why we shouldn't be getting an E-MAIL notification / update every couple weeks about CHANGES to our Satellite TV Channels,etc.............because I see you guys are ALSO "changing around" the channel selections occassionally as well.................or REMOVING certain channels, replacing them, etc. Well, we are NEVER told about this. Can you guys PLEASE do something about this???? After all, we DO pay A LOT of money for this service, right?? Do we not deserve to be told when the service actually gets "changed"???? Anyway.........I would REALLY appreciate you guys contacting me about all this..........and hopefully SOMETHING can be done "soon" to resolve all this???? Not just for me, but for ALL of us that subscribe to the "SATELLITE TV Service" Also, I'm sorry for my "tone" in the message...........it's just very "frustrating" when you're used to things for so long.........but then it's changed again and again, but we never get ANY notifications whatsoever. And if NONE of this is happening......it's asking very LITTLE for you guys to give that little extra effort for us to provide that "service" you're so well known for after all.......and PLEASE.....just do a "simple" e-mail or something to us to let us know when you guys make ANY changes to our service.
