After deleting an episode from the Recordings, it will take you back to the top. If you have a number of recordings and want to get rid of the oldest recordings first, this is painstakingly irritating. It would be nice if you could delete a recording and not be shot back up to the top of the list.

Why can’t I save My favourite channels without going to Option, scroll down and select My favourite channels each time I turn on the TV.

I have read your responses to others who have already asked, so I am not going to ask when an Xbox-compatible app will be developed for Telus TV+. What I would like to do instead is urge your development team to develop an Xbox app, so that more people may enjoy their TV subscription on the device they prefer. Thanks for your consideration. I will stay tuned to the Neighbourhood forums and social media for any announcements. 😉

When you watch a series from Demand, and are currently watching an episode from that series - if you need to pause the PVR - after a few minutes when it times out, it then goes to a screen that shows the name of the series with the option “resume” and then it quickly changes to “watch”. However, if you hit the watch button, you quickly realize it has defaulted to a different episode. So now, you have to stop the episode, go into your perviously watched list, figure out what correct episode you were watching (the one that the PVR just defaulted to and you started to watch in error will also be there) - so it takes a minute to figure it out, then start the correct episode. The PVR does this EVERY TIME you pause the episode for a certain amount of time, so it is an absolute pain; very onerous. The PVR software needs to be reset or repaired, so that the when you pause an episode of a show, it stays on that episode - or if not possible - then have it default to no episode at all (because if you start up the defaulted episode without thinking, you get caught up in the tedious, time-consuming situation of trying to get back in to your show).

sometimes, I want to turn mute or down the volume of just the Optik on the Go window, not my whole PC. Can you add a volume slider (similar to Shaw's Free Range PC)?

When browsing on demand on a PikTV box, as well as when viewing on demand for Pik and Optik on the website as well as the mobile apps, there is a section on each under on demand where it has a list of the channels with on demand content and sorts all of the available shows under each channel. For some reason that option does not seem to exist when I view on demand content on my Optik box itself. Is there a way to add that section to the set top box on demand? On the Optik box (Cisco), if I go to the TV On Demand section, there isn't a list of channels there. There is a Major Networks section with 5 major channels to choose from but it's not even remotely close to the experience in the app, online or on Pik. I've never used one of the newer set top boxes so I have no idea if they have it or not.

I just recently subscribed to a package deal which includes telus tv +. I only watch tv through ''Edge'' on my xbox, or access other apps like Netflix, Disney or Prime the same way. Unfortunately when I want to use my telus tv +, I always get an error '' Playback on this browser is not supported'', I can see the guide and everything, but each time I click to run whatever tv show from the guide list, I get that error message. Any clue how this can be resolved please? Thanks in advance.
