From my understadning Telus relies on the incumbent mobility netork to provide coverage in Saskatchewan. It is alos my understanding as has happened in the past, Telus must wait for this other carrier to implement certain options before they can be provided to Telus customers. I would like to point out that the incumbent wireless carrier that Telus uses in Saskatchewan has now implemented VoLTE on their respective network,
Therefore I an asking Telus to provide this service to their Saskatchewan customers as it is now technically available.
