When I was with Shaw. I can always record my favourite sports team without other games scheduled. Pretty frustrating when I have to go back and check my future recordings and delete games that I didn’t asked for. For a big company like Telus you would think that you would complete with your competitors on over recordings. Not a good way to treat your new customers.
