Solution: Managing Pik 5 channels (allowed once each billing period) should be a simple task, CLEAR, and USER FRIENDLY.
Problem is: once customer finally gets into the app/account properly, (which isn’t easy...many times I ended up with blank pages) to change out a channel or two, it appears as if a new customer order is being created. Personally I followed through with confirmation and received an email leading me to believe a new account had been created. In fact, I was emailed information about my “order” and preparing for installation. A rep told me my plan hadn’t changed and when I asked her to pass on the above concern, I was given a link to this forum. I am disappointed with Telus
