Pause Screen Pop-Up on Netflix obstructed view on Optic TV

When I pause during watching anything on Netflix with Optic TV, I get a Pause Screen Pop-up.

This basically wrecks the view of why I paused in the first place. How can this pop-up be removed to allow for an unobstructed view?
