Make an app and site that work!! I haven’t been able to pay for my account through my phone in 6 months since I swapped to Apple. You’re forcing me to have to change company’s.
Also why do you guys steal our extra top up money instead of letting us save it for our next payment. The **bleep** is up with that.

Hello. Have you spoken with our Mobility team about this?

 

In terms of 'top up money', nothing is stolen. It's been the prepaid account process for years. You can always use up the entire amount and add money before the current balance expires, or switch to a different plan, postpaid account, etc.
