Why isn’t the hallmark channel available? What determines if u will carry it? As seniors we love love the programming please consider bringing it to us.
It isn't approved by the CRTC and most of the content from the Hallmark channel is on the "W" network/channel. Hallmark has no interest in expanding into Canada themselves so they license out their content to W.
