Fix the website


The Telus website is extremely slow when opening my Telus. Every option takes several minutes to load. It is slower than the old days of using dial up internet. I did a speed check so its not my connection. The Telus website has always been slow but today I have been waiting already for over 5 minutes for a tab to load and its not loading. Perhaps the server or the bandwidth to the server farm needs to be upgraded.

Hey there! I'll go ahead and log a ticket however, website slowness can be caused by many things. Clearing your cache and cookies tends to have the biggest impact. If the issue persists, I suggest filling out the feedback form that can be found at the bottom of every page.
