I’m happy you’ve added Disney + but you’ve made it unnecessarily complicated for those of us that already have a subscription, I think you need to make it so one can just sign into it like we can with Prime, I’m not going to switch & cancel an already paid for subscription. Just make it easy for us please.

Just two days ago I added Disney so I can watch Shogun.

I did not find your issue. There was an activate process. Either you have to sign in with your existing subscription (much like with Prime) which is saved future logins, OR create a email and password, verify the email, thereafter again when I click Disney+ or Prime Video it takes me there without another sign in. BTW I was already a prime member so have seen but mthods in action for establishing connection.

My Telus bill gives me 4 theme + 1 premium.

I traded Crave for Disney, so while it may show up, no difference to my bottom line.
