why can't I communicate with anyone on weekends for a business account? Lord knows we pay enough. Also some of the web sites say we can but that is bogus.
what if a phone is stolen on the weekend. no help
what if IT department is doing maintenance on weekends. no help
what if we need to call from the US. can/us numbers do not work on weekends.
say, i have a suggestion......give us a free month a year for this crap

Mobiliy, Phone and Internet (ADSL) technical support lines are open 24/7 all year long by dialing *611 from your device. alternatively, you can reach technicall support for:
Business billing/client care teams are open mon-friday 8am-5pm local time
technicall support agents can flag your device lost/stolen should you call in afterhours. there is also a self-serve portal available for you to manage your account online:
