How can I make a complaint regarding a Telus Truck driver?

I would also like to make a complaint about one of your Telus drivers. V231400 believed that it was ok to travel in oncoming lanes in order to get past the other people waiting in line. Even the traffic control personnel on scene were angry at this driver. This occurred shortly after 8:15am on Tuesday April 22 near 86ave and Fraser Hwy in Surrey BC.
