TV+ Rebooting

Everyday for the past few weeks my TV+ 21T digital box needs rebooting before showing the screen. Sometime when I turn it on it starts rebooting, most often I need to unplug and plug it back in to force rebooting a few times before I get a picture and able to watch it.

I have had this box for over a year with no problems but this started in August and hasn't stopped. I have seen this has happen to others listed here in the forum. I need help?
