Hi, I have been contacting with a purchase issue. Every agent who speaks will tell me that they will get back to me and I have been following up from last 2 months. Today, I came to know from one of the managers that he cannot find the notes related to my escalations or issue. I am really frustrated with the situation after being hold in que and talking to from 1-2 hours without any solution.
