Internet disconnects from optic tv. Richmond BC
Please help. Optic tv constantly disconnects from internet after we upgraded to 3gb speed internet speed. Tech say reboot modem done that a few times and experiencing this persistent issue for months now. We are at 3 road and Steveston Highway area in Richmond BC. Hi, I am a new customer to Telus services. I am having the same issue with the TV box. I had a tech visit due lost of internet connection for a whole day. It was resolved on detecting a faulty connector installed just a month ago. The TV box was acting up with similar issue mentioned above. The tech advice was to keep rebooting when it happens.
