I just noticed this, this week as well! Twitter users are already celebrating a winning goal that I don't see until about a minute later! This is has happened all week.
This is exactly what I've noticed the last 4-5 hockey games. Twitter users are already tweeting about the win and I don't see the win until about 1 or so later.
