Amy, three of us have had the same issue redeeming this reward. Can you please let us know how to successfully redeem this offer? I keep getting emails and texts reminding me to do it but every time I try I am told that I am not eligible. Please respond before this offer expires. I have tried phoning in and no one can tell me why I am unable to redeem this offer! I am extremely frustrated with the time I have wasted trying to figure this out. I’ve tried using the above directions. It won’t let me sign up despite having signed up for the premium Internet pure fibre with Telus in the last couple weeks. Could you please help me. Telus phone support said I had to have Telus TV to qualify but that’s not what the text message said, or your blog. Please help!11KViews0likes0Comments
