This happens to us too if somebody is watching TV, and someone else opens Prime on a tablet or phone, the TV switches from whatever the person is watching to the prime Channel. It's very frustrating.
We are having this happen as well. When someone is watching TV through the Telus optix box, and someone else opens Prime on a phone or tablet, the optix box automatically switches to Prime. Is there a solution?
