And how do I contact Telus? I have phoned many times to have this problem solved. There have been numerous times a technician has come to my house and they say the problem is in the underground lines! When I call technical support ,I end up talking to someone that doesn't even live in Canada, and all they can do is run a few tests and the problem is resolved for a few days then comes back again. I have asked who ever I am talking to, if they can give me a number up here that I can call to get this problem solved an they say they don't have a number for that. I have a technician coming again on February 23rd but not getting my hopes up they can solve this problem! My TV down stair in my family room is hooked to a WiFi 4K box. My picture and audio freezes all the time! I have had technicians here many times and they manage to fix it fir a few weeks then it starts all over again! Every time I phone for technical support I get someone that doesn't even live in Canada! I have had this problem ever since I moved to Cranbrook 19 months ago!!! Now I find out I am not the only one in this neighborhood that is or has the same problem. I have rebooted both wi-fi boxes and main modem a few times. When I have phones for technical support they usually do a test on their end and fix a few things and that usually works for a while then it comes back after a month or two! I have had technicians come to my house and they have replaced the two refurbished wi-fi boxes and they have replaced the modem once. The technicians seems to think the problem is in the main boxes up the street from me because I am not the only one in my area that have ha the same problem! I have had this problem since I moved from Fernie B.C. to Cranbrook B.C. it has been 16 months now! I have phoned in this problem many times and they try to fix it over the phone, which works for a while then goes back to the same problem. I have had your technicians come to my place many times and they have tried their best to fix the problem but they say it is an old copper wire system and even while they have manage to fix it for a while, then the problem comes back again! I never had this problem when I was on the optic system in Fernie. It is pretty hard to watch the news when both the video and audio freezes anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds!!!Solved3.8KViews0likes4Comments
