I’ve dmed telus twitter support an hour ago and have yet to receive a response. Is there an issue there today?

Yeah I had a response from them in July in under 10 minutes. Today it’s been 3 hours and still nothing. Wonder if there’s a problem with the account.

Just back logged would be my guess, as people DM them after hours and have to play catch up.

Yeah it doesn’t look like I will be hearing back from them today. Disappointing.
