Sudden switch to online billing
Did anyone find that their former ADT account was switched to on-line (paperless) billing without their consent? Seems to have happened to my account sometime around September. Very infuriating, and...

It wasn't me who switched to on-line (paperless) billing, since I didn't even know I had two separate Telus profiles. Someone at Telus did this, and I'm not at all happy. I will investigate other security companies, after having this system for 31 years, because I'm rightly teed off right now. (Assuming this forum does not permit profanity.)
