Norton VPN

I installed Norton VPN on my Samsung phone. It worked for a while then stopped. I reinstalled and the same happened. This time when I tried to reinstall I am getting an invalid pin error. Is Norton not compatible with Android ?

It's weird that it worked for a while and then decided to stop. Can you double-check your Norton account credentials and subscription status? Log in to your account on Norton’s website to confirm everything is active and correct.

I removed the vpn app and installed the 360 app successfully and it is working. I will see how it goes and let you know. Thanks.

Invalid PIN isn't the same as incompatible. Norton 360 is the Android app that the Telus website links to. Did you install the Norton 360 app or the Norton VPN app? There are two different ones. Which Samsung phone do you have and what system is it running?

Hi Nighthawk, thanks for your reply. I have a Galaxy A54 running Android 15.
I initially installed the Norton VPN app which worked fine for a while then would not load.
I then reinstalled and the same thing happened. Should I use the Norton 360 app ?

It may not hurt to try the Norton 360 app as that is the one linked to on the Telus site. Just be sure to delete the old app first so there is no conflict between them.
