My front door camera batteries are dead
Hi, my front door camera is dead. When I charge it it turns on and stays on for 10mins but it dies again. I think the battery is dead. Can I get it replaced? I had it installed in 2021 so it is an old model. my home account number is [Mod Edit: Removed personal info] under [removed personal info]

Best not to post personal information here as anyone can have access.
If the device uses a battery you should be able to replace it your self.
Can you supply any information on what the make and model is?
