Doorbell camera doesn’t pick up animals
I have an ADV-VDB750 doorbell camera installed. It picks up people but not animals like cats and dogs. I see no option to set the size of motion or to ensure animals as well as people are detecte...
I wasn’t aware of that when they installed the system last week. Is there a different doorbell that Telus supplies that does pick up animals? I had this option with my previous system and would prefer to keep having that option.

There is a way to kind of fine tune the ground rules. Can you go into the Recording Rules and adjust the ground zone? Maybe that way you can adjust the height of the objects or animals you'd wanna be able to capture.
