Can't login to SmartHome+ on the Web

 Very frustrated with the overall experiance and setup of my Wireless internet, and now my Cameras. The Apps on the phone are insufficient, but thats another story.  I need to set up the motion sens...

    Hi StephenB - I am able to set up the recording zone of my doorbell camera through the SmartHome app. Here are the steps:

     

    • Go to Video and then tap on the gear icon at the top.
    • Then tap on Recording Rules.
    • Then you can tap on "Add" and follow the prompts.

    On your computer try going to the login site directly and skipping the My TELUS part, maybe that's causing an issue. Once you're at the login screen, use your My TELUS credentials
