Upgrading my service

I'm trying to upgrade my services bundling Internet and TV and the online system sends me to Telus Assist rather than to Checkout. I've spent over an hour waiting for a live assistant and then they aren't prepared to give me the online deal.

    Hello. That's definitely not the experience we want our customers to have. What were you told when you spoke with our Home Services team on the phone?
