Telus TV won't accept my MyTelus login
Hello,
Not sure why this thing isn't accepting my login info. I'm able to log in everywhere using my phone or computer to access MyTelus account. I'm using the exact same login information to get into TV. I just installed this TV box.
Anyone have any solution to this?

We're sorry to hear that ricksuh. Are you able to use your login credentials to get into https://telustvplus.com/ ? And what error message are you getting on your Optik TV box?
I can't login to TV+ using my My Telus credentials whether it's from TV itself or internet browser from my phone or computer.
My Telus website is fine using my credentials. It's just my TV+. I just get it's a wrong log in info message.
