Hi pskang TELUS_Support Any luck figuring this out with EPP? I'm running into the same issue and was assured repeatedly by support that I am primary on my account.

Unfortunately not, I was told a ticket was created but I never heard anything back. Support hasn't really been able to help me either. I was advised that I am primary as well, but then another support member told me that the other phone number is the primary and they will receive important communications to that phone number. Still waiting to see if I hear anything back
