Mobility plan
Can someone please explain to me why new customers get better offers then long time customers? Not impressed with telus at all lately.

It's harder to get people to switch then it is to keep a customer. Generally incentives are offered to new customers so the company can grow their business.
I think you will find this is a pretty common practice in service based industries.
