Community Power UserYou need to contact Telus directly to pause or cancel an account. Given that your older number is widely known, it may be the one you want to keep. You can connect via Twitter @TELUSSupport, or through their Facebook page. Depending on call volume, you may also be offered a call back option when calling in.
